Welcome everyone to the
2008-09 hockey season.
This year's Skills will have
new faces new ideas and better schedules to accommodate our players.
First, we at Windsor Minor are
excited announce that D.J. Smith, Mark Cadoratte and Bobby Jones
will be instructing our Monday night skills! You can expect a
few SPECIAL GUESTS from our own SPITFIRE TEAM to come out!!
These gentlemen bring more experience to the rink than any other
hockey camp in the city. They will definitely help our players
in their progress throughout the season. The cost this year
for 10 sessions at 1.5 hours is $125.00.....no deal better than that
in minor hockey for our kids!
Second, is this year's Goalie
Skills which will be held on Monday nights. The move to
Monday's will now include our Travel goalies who usually play on the
weekends. The instructor this year is Brad Kohuch a former
WMHA graduate and a coach for Riverside High School hockey team.
Brad filled in for us a few times last year and received nothing but
praise on how good he is with the goalies. The cost will be
$100.00 for 10 sessions at 1.5 hours, a great deal!
Last, our Friday skills which
every year has been great success and will continue at South Windsor
Arena. This year we will be increasing our coach to player
ratio to give our kids extra attention.

We all know that times are
tough in this city and that is why we have these prices cheaper than
anywhere else. Parents, it's not about the money;
it's about giving the kids more ice time and learning
from instructors who care.
